Refund Policy


Prior to purchasing our services, kindly read and make sure you comprehend our return policy.

All sales are final unless otherwise specified

Customers are expected to comprehend and comply with our policies because Vidmu Studio is a private company and by purchasing our services you agree to comply with this policy. As a creative agency, we strive to provide our clients with the most value for their money, but in order to do so, we must pay for service expenses and labor. As a result, we require prompt payments for the services we provide to the client.

Under the following exceptions, a refund may be given:

Full Refund

  • In situations when the project has not started yet, you have 14 days from the day you made your purchase to request a full refund; after that time, we are not obligated to grant one.

Partial Refund

  • Once the first concept or project has been approved or started, and the project is not completed by the agreed-upon deadline. A partial refund may be issued depending on the amount of work completed. (The startup fee is neither transferrable or refundable.)

No refunds will be granted once a payment or deposit has been made and the project or service has been completed; there are no exceptions to this policy.

Startup Fees

Startup fees, which are 50% of the total cost and are non-refundable, are instantly added to the costs paid by Vidmu Studio during the first setup for any of our services. 

Website Hosting and Domain Expenses

Depending on the package you purchased, a certain number of server resources are assigned to your web hosting account starting the day you buy the service. There will be no refunds for any hosting expenses, whether they correspond to previous or ongoing months.

Even if a client sets up a hosting account but never uses it, payment is still required. Hosting billing cycles, as well as Domain Name and Domain Privacy renewals, and other domain-related services such as dedicated IP, site scanner, premium CDN, and so on, will continue until the customer provides a written cancellation notification. These services are non-refundable.

Website Design, and SEO Services

Our time, resources, and internal costs are all used up on web design projects. Payment or deposit is thus not refundable after it has been made. The client’s cancellation, delay, or postponement of a project will result in Vidmu Studio keeping all payments received and, if necessary, charging the client extra fees for any work accomplished above and beyond what was already paid for. 

Under the same terms, payments for Search Engine Optimization or any related service are non-refundable, even if a charge was paid in advance.

Digital Marketing Expenses

Commerce, advertising, and marketing, in our perspective, are all risky ventures in which time and money are invested in the expectation of benefit, revenue, or desired outcome, but it is not rare for any or all of those attempts to fail. You should never use pay-per-click services if you can’t afford to lose it all with no revenue, outcomes, or other forms of gain.

There are no digital advertising platforms that we are aware of that offer reimbursement for clicks, budgets, or other costs. No matter how rational or convincing your claim may seem, it is quite improbable that you will ever receive your money refunded after purchasing ads on Google, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn, among others. When it comes to refunding requests or service issues, including but not limited to loss of investment, loss of business, and unexpectedly high prices for click costs and placements, large enterprises like the ones previously mentioned just won’t budge.

It is impossible and unacceptable for Vidmu Studio and its subsidiaries, affiliates, and suppliers to be held liable or responsible for your financial investment loss from using these types of services.

We strongly recommend all users to thoroughly understand the consequences, repercussions, and risks associated with technology, online marketing, and internet use, particularly as they relate to business and your own individual privacy, security, etc.

Billing

In order to deliver services to our clients, we require their credit card number or other payment information so that we may charge their card. Alternatively, we may send you an invoice so that you may handle the payment on your own. Saying you did not provide your credit card information or that you were not aware of the transactions is indeed unlawful and deceptive.

The client’s services and/or projects will be cancelled without prior notice, and all work will be reversed (erased) if the client initiates a chargeback or payment dispute with a bank or credit card provider. The client will also be responsible for the chargeback fees.

Furthermore, before we restore any service, send any files, or start working on a project, you must pay in full any unpaid balances incurred as a consequence of the chargeback(s). Fraud is committed when you ask for a chargeback or start a dispute against a legitimate charge from us. The use of chargebacks to get a refund is never authorized or permitted. Our attorneys will vigorously dispute any claim with suitable proof collected from our records.

Concerning ongoing billing cycles, customers with an active Vidmu Studio recurring subscription may cancel it with a 30 days written notice. Vidmu Studio does not refund partial monthly or partial yearly payments. After the 30-day waiting deadline has ended, cancellations are only possible. A bill will be sent to the customer for any services completed during the 30-day cancellation period. Vidmu Studio cannot promise that any advertising campaign for a client will generate sales.

Disclaimer

Although we work with our customers to boost their revenue and earnings, most of the systems, businesses, and people involved in marketing, sales, and business scenario are entirely out of our control.

We never make success promises, and neither do most competent marketers and marketing companies. In this post, Google warns, “Beware of SEOs who claim to guarantee rankings.” We are not allowed by Google to guarantee particular listing or ranking results, and Google strongly discourages us from working with businesses that do. The same regulation applies to every other business and service, including publishers and ad platforms.

No warranties, refunds, credits, or swaps are granted; all services are provided at the client’s own risk. We are unable to give any form of a refund after we have started working on your project, account, purchase, and so on.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to consider exceptions and provide refunds or credits.

The terms of this Refund Policy are subject to change at any moment, at our sole discretion, and by posting the updated terms on this page. After we post a change notice, if you still use the website or our services, it will be assumed that you have accepted the changes in their entirety.

As on September 1, 2022, this Refund Policy has been updated.
